These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Harmoni Films (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Harmoni Films provides cinematic video production services using a combination of creative direction, artificial intelligence tools, and digital production techniques.

2. Project Scope

Each project is defined and agreed upon prior to commencement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required prior to project commencement. Full payment terms will be agreed on a per-project basis.

Final delivery of assets may be withheld until full payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final delivered video content is licensed to the client for commercial use.

Harmoni Films retains the right to use created content for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Use of AI & Third-Party Tools

Projects may involve the use of third-party tools, including AI-based software for image generation, animation, voice synthesis, and sound design.

All outputs are created in accordance with the commercial usage rights of the respective platforms used.

By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that certain elements may be generated using AI technologies and that ownership frameworks for AI-generated content may vary under applicable law.

6. Third-Party Assets

Where music, sound effects, or other external assets are used, they will be sourced from licensed or royalty-free providers.

The client agrees not to alter or misuse licensed content outside of its permitted use.

7. Revisions

Projects may include a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

8. Liability

Harmoni Films shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content.

9. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring that any materials, branding, or information provided do not infringe on third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if terms are breached or if communication breaks down significantly.
